He is a sneaky little guy, isn't he. I sometimes feel like I slip back into those patterns when I am dealing with my food allergies, it starts to feel very rigid sometimes and I think that triggers my disordered patterns as well as when I start to feel emotionally flooded which is also happening for me right now. <br /><br />Honoring ourselves and listening to these signals is the only thing we can do.
